Aletor Alex Adoghe


Group CEO

Aletor is Group Chief Executive Officer of IGPES Group of Companies. He has over 20 years of experience in Management Strategy and Corporate Development having worked with multi-nationals across Europe and Africa in the Scientific Instrumentation Industry and the upstream Oil & Gas services sectors. An entrepreneur with a strong focus on capacity development in African economies, he is an equity partner of the IGPES Group of companies and ALEBS Holdings. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Manchester Business School. Aletor currently sits on the Board of SimpleFi Ltd, Refined Energy Exchange Ltd and Advisory Board of TLG Capital.

    Graham McKay


    Managing Director

    Having served his engineering apprenticeship in British Shipbuilding’s Hall Russell Naval Shipyard in Aberdeen it was inevitable that being born and raised in the “Offshore Capital of Europe” his career would follow a path directly into the Offshore Oil and Gas sector.

      He commenced his Technical Sales career with Pegler Hattersley plc and occupied a number of key roles for the Group in locations as diverse as France , Norway , China and Australia ultimately returning back to the UK to take up a board level position. In addition to Pegler Hattersley plc ongoing career development resulted in General Management and Board level positions in companies listed on both the NYSC New York stock exchange and the FTSE UK stock exchange : Furmanite Inc , Petrocon Group plc , Tomkins Plc and Beverley Group plc, where he successfully managed and oversaw a number of mergers and acquisitions. His association with IGPES Group stems back to the early days of the groups development where he served in business development roles with two of the groups technical partners before joining the group as a full time employee in 2014 as Business Development Director and later being promoted to Managing Director in 2016.In addition to his progressive career development he continued in academic quarters also to study LLB Bachelor of Law at the Open University of the United Kingdom.

      Oluwaseni Awosika


      Managing Director

      Mr Oluwaseni Awosika is the Managing Director of Interglobal Procurement Engineering Services Limited (IGPES); a member of the IGPES Group. He joined the company in 2002 as General Manager (Procurement)...

        and rose to become the Executive Director (Sales). He has worked in various capacities within the IGPES Group including General Manager, Business Development where he interfaced with clients in the IOCs’ as well as Regulatory bodies in the Oil & Gas industry and also as General Manager, Operations & Projects, a position with responsibilities for the overall management of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in several Oilfield facilities including OML 26, OML 30, Otumara Gas Lift Lease Compression Facilities, Oguta Gas Lift Lease Compression Facilities, EPCI of LACT Units at Foracdos & Eriemu Manifolds in OML 30 amongst others. IGPES is presently handling the EPCI of the Modularized Oil & Gas Processing Facilities at Abura in OML 65 amongst other ongoing projects under his supervision. Oluwaseni began his Professional Career in TSNL; an oil field support services company and has a wide experience in the Nigeran Oil & Gas industry spanning over twenty eight (28) years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has attended Executive training programs at the Lagos Business School and is a Fellow of GE Crotonville – Africa; a Business Leadership Program which was held across major cities of the world.

        Kelechi Sinteh-Chinakwe


        Group Chief Technical Officer

        Mr. Kelechi Sinteh-Chinakwe brings a wealth of industry experience to the team especially in areas of multiple Project Management and Profitability processes with specificity in Data Management, Contracts Management, HSE, Quality and Customer Relations.

          He has over 25+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and has held high-level positions in reputable organizations most notably as Project Manager with Saipem Contracting Nigeria where he recorded numerous business successes. He has also attended several courses locally and internationally including courses at Eni Corporate University and Lagos Business School. Until his appointment as Group Chief Technical Officer with IGPES Gas & Power Ltd, he was the General Manager -Projects for Vandrezzer Energy Services Limited. Mr. Kelechi Sinteh-Chinakwe holds a Master Degree in Business Management and Economics in Energy and Environment from Eni Corporate University, Milano, Italy and Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

          Rosauro Roy Barretto Jr


          Procurement Manager

          Rosauro Roy Barretto Jr. has more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently with Septa Energy Nig. Ltd (Swift Oil and Gas) in Port-Harcourt where he spent years as Procurement manager handling technical materials database. Prior to joining IGPES,

            Roy worked for Septa Energy Nigeria Limited, Afam Gas & Power Project and Everglades Agencies Limited. Roy’s work at Septa and Afam Gas and Power Project took him to a number of different petroleum jurisdictions within the shores of Nigeria. Roy graduated from the University of Santo Thomas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is a senior materials administrator and asset manager, predominately in oil and gas.

            Esther James


            Finance & Control Manager

            Esther is a seasoned accountant with over twenty year career spanning management consulting and financial control in local and multinational organizations.

              She has had extensive experience in the oil and gas sector especially in the areas of investment management, revenue management, treasury management, tax management, capital project accounting, Sarbanes Oxley’ compliance and FCPA compliance. Esther is a graduate of accounting with masters in business administration and has certifications in international franchise law and international financial reporting. Esther is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants Nigeria.

              Murhoko D’nise Omamegbe


              Head, HR & Admin

              Murhoko brings over 20 years of Industry experience, holding different positions within the Oil & Gas, Banking, supply chain and consulting sectors.

                She had, earlier in her career, worked with GT Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Darrell Hill consulting before joining IGPES as the head, HR & Admin. A Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, also an active member of several other professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Nigerian institute of Management (NIM). She is also a member of the Human Resource Certification Institute, the world’s highest standards for HR Professionals. Murhoko possesses expertise in Leadership, Talent acquisition, retention and development, Management and Finance.
